Animal Badge

Your troop will enjoy hands-on time with a variety of animals including bunnies, horses, chickens, goats, miniature ponies, and emu, a wallaby, miniature cow, and more! While meeting our animals our staff will teach your troop how to care for different animal needs, create an environment for the animals’ needs, and what it takes to keep them safe and healthy. This program’s information can be tailored to the pet badge, habitat badge, or another animal badge.

HORSE BADGE

We would love to help your troop earn their equestrian badge here at Sweet Meadow Farm. We teach basic handling, grooming, tacking / untacking of the horse, and each child would get a ride on one of our well trained school horses . During the ride they will discuss mounting, riding posture, holding the reins, basic commands, and unmounting. We can tailor this program to meet the criteria of your badge.

We can accommodate troops of all sizes with the base rate starting at 6 kids.  Each badge is an hour long, but you can choose to do both in one meeting, and have your troop earn their badges in two hours.

Programs can be scheduled for Fridays between 3:30pm – and 6:00pm.

Saturdays and Sundays must be booked as a birthday party. They will include and extra half hour and and the price will start at $395 for the animal badge and $495 for the horse badge, each additional child after 11 will cost and extra $15.
