SADDLE CLUB

  • Two semester sessions available for the school year (September – January ; February-June)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • 3:30pm – 6:00 pm
  • Ages 4 -12

DOES YOUR CHILD DREAM OF PLAYING WITH HORSES AND ANIMALS ALL DAY?

Sweet Meadow Farm has the after school program waiting for you!!

In this after school drop-off program for children ages 4-12, each child will get their own riding lesson on our well trained school horses. When not riding, they will learn about the different aspects of horsemanship including; grooming, tacking and untacking, basic horse care, equine science and riding disciplines.

They will also gain hands-on experience with our wide variety of friendly barnyard and exotic animals, including a wallaby, emu, pot belly pigs, miniature horses, cows and more!

Learn how to handle and care for our small animals such as bunnies, guinea pigs and ferrets. Hold and feed our friendly birds in the bird room. Give our animals their dinner and put them to bed at the end of an exciting day.

Programs take place in our insulated barns and heated buildings, as well as our indoor riding ring.

  • All Participants should be dressed appropriately with soft, stretchable pants/jeans, boots with a heel, weather appropriate shirts and jackets, and riding helmets.
  • Drop off is between 3:30 – 4:00 and pick up is at 6:00
  • It is possible to borrow riding boots and a helmet.

Saddle Club is a Semester Program

This program runs for the school year September to June, split into two semesters. (September – January and February – June)

You can sign your child up at any time in the semester, the price will be prorated. 

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Sweet Meadow Farm does not give credit and/or refunds if participants miss or cancel any of the Programs’ classes.
