Mini Riders
Does your youngest want to play with animals and can’t wait for their first pony ride? Sweet Meadow Farm’s patient and well-trained animals are ready to introduce your child to a lifelong love!
At our 45 minute “buddy and me” style class adults and children learn how to handle and care for our animals together. We have a wide variety of over 100 animals that call Sweet Meadow Farm home. Our residents include a wallaby, potbelly pigs, goats, rabbits, an emu, and more! This unforgettable experience also includes a hand-led pony ride, feeding hay to our barnyard animals, giving treats in the bird room, and meeting the animals in the pet room.
Sessions available on a seasonal basis. Ages 1-5.
The child must be under 3 1/2 Ft tall and under 50 lbs to ride the miniature horse.
September – May: Offered Monday – Friday at 10 am and 11 am

- Programs take place in our insulated and heated barn, all year round.
- All children must have an adult present interacting in the program.
- The cost of the class included one child and one parent or guardian. ALL OTHER ADULTS MUST BE CLEARED WITH THE OFFICE PRIOR TO THE PROGRAM.

Private sessions available September-May
- Email the office to sign up
- Private 45 minute sessions for $95 include 2 parents and 2 kids
- Extra $15 for a third child
- Offered week days from 10:00 to 3:30 depending on availability
Farm Policy:
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the start of your scheduled tour. Our farm is not open to the public outside of tour times, and we kindly ask that you refrain from roaming the property without an instructor. After your session, feel free to visit our farmstand, which is open to the public. Here, you can purchase beautiful plants and enjoy a glimpse of our adorable baby chicks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due at the time of registration. Sweet Meadow Farm does not give credit and/or refunds if participants miss or cancel any of the Programs’ classes.
Important Notice:
We will only be running the program if 2 or more students are signed up for the day. We reserve the right to cancel the class and refund or credit payment of the class.
