Half Day Riding Club

  • Two semester sessions available for the school year (September – January ; February – June)
  • Wednesday’s: 1:00 – 5:30pm
  • Ages 4-12 : Drop off Program

This program is designed to suit a wide range of riding abilities, as the lessons are tailored to the rider’s individual skill level. Students will have a fun-filled afternoon learning basic horse care, which includes; grooming, feeding, and basic barn management. They will have weekly curriculum activities to improve their equine knowledge and all aspects of horsemanship.

Students will also participate in animal handling and care of our exotic, barnyard and domestic animals including: a wallaby, an emu, miniature cows, pot belly pigs, bunnies, a parrot, chinchilla, and many more.

IF YOUR CHILD LOVES RIDING AND ANIMALS THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR THEM!

With over 100 animals and highly skilled instructors, your child will learn something new every week and further advance their riding as well as their animal knowledge.

Participants must be dressed appropriately with soft, stretchable pants/jeans, boots with a heel, weather appropriate shirts and jackets, and a riding helmet. It is possible to borrow riding boots and a helmet.

This is a semester based program. You must sign up for the entire semester.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Sweet Meadow Farm does not give credit and/or refunds if participants miss or cancel any of the Programs’ classes.

You have the ability to register your child at any point throughout the semester at a prorated amount.

A Refund will be issued if we are unable to run the program because of state orders pertaining to Covid
